Job Description :
- Follow up potential ODM customers/projects in EMEA region, including but not limited to visiting customers, telephone conferences with customers, organizing and holding workshops, and participating in exhibitions; fully understand the ODM customers’ company background, project background, and technical requirements.
- Input customer project information to the product line and RFQ team, and decompose customer technical requirements, including system architecture, hardware, software, structure, testing, certification requirements, etc.
- Actively communicate technical solutions with the product line and RFQ team for RFx project opportunities under evaluation; at the same time, maintain close communication and exchanges with customers to clarify technical issues in project evaluation;
- According to the customer's RFx requirements, understand the technical feasibility assessment report output by the RFQ team, and provide final complete technical proposal to the customer.
- For top customers’ KO projects, regularly attend the weekly project meetings with the customers, understand the progress of the project development, input the key demands of the client to the project team, coordinate and organize the timely resolution of customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- For the company's mainstream product lines, collect information on major competitors in the EMEA region, product information, and technical solutions; sort out the top customers, target customers, and potential project opportunities of each product line; and regularly reports to the supervisor.
